If you have been permanently banned from one of our game servers, then you may appeal this decision and plead your case.
The first step is to join our Discord server, where you will find instructions in the #ban-appeals channel

We never take the decision to remove someone from our Discord server lightly. Unfortunately, if you find yourself in the position where you have been removed from our Discord, it means we’ve reached the conclusion that you’re not welcome in our community.
There is no route to appeal this and decisions are final
